About Us
Certified Career Consultants (CCC) was established in 1985 by Ms. Bonnie SinClair, as a sole- proprietorship, to provide vocational rehabilitation services to individuals with disabilities and continued to do so while expanding into other areas in vocational rehabilitation and career counseling. CCC was incorporated in the State of California in 1995 as Certified Career Consultants, Inc.
CCC, Inc. is a Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE) as that term is defined by the Statutes and Codes of the State of California and the California Department of General Services. CCC, Inc. is also registered in the Federal CCR, ORCA, and VetBiz databases as Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB).
Over the years, CCC, Inc has evolved into two main lines of business: career transition services and vocational rehabilitation services.
Our career services focus on individuals seeking assistance in transitioning into new careers and/or individuals seeking assistance in finding their first career.
Our vocational rehabilitation services focus on assisting persons with disabilities to achieve suitable employment consistent with their aptitudes, interests, and abilities.

Who We Are
Bonnie SinClair
Bonnie, Founder and President of CCC, Inc. has been a vocational rehabilitation and vocational counselor in the private sector for twenty-five years. Bonnie is experienced in providing the full range of vocational rehabilitation and career counseling services. Bonnie is a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC), Certified Disability Management Specialist (CDMS), and National Certified Career Counselor (NCCC). She is a member of the American Board of Vocational Experts and holds a Master’s Degree in Vocational Rehabilitation from San Diego State University.

Peter C. Dirkx
Peter, Chief Executive Officer of CCC, Inc., joined Certified Career Consultants in 1993 as Manager, Business Development, and assumed the position of Chief Financial Officer in 1998. Peter has extensive experience in management as Manager, Product Support, and as Managing Director of a Fortune Five Hundred company involved in manufacturing and product support world-wide. He also owned a small research and development company with Department of Defense contracts. He acquired majority ownership of CCC, Inc on July 2004 as Chief Executive Officer, with the attendant duties of day-to-day operation and management responsibilities. Peter serves as program manager, assists in case management, provides career counseling services to veterans, provides technical advice to the counseling staff to ensure compliance with contract requirements, and ensures that the customer needs are being met. Peter is a retired Navy officer and holds a Master’s Degree in Management Science from the Naval Postgraduate School.

Rebecca Jan Noz
Jan is a career counselor and has demonstrated skills and a keen understanding in career development, college advising, financial aid, veteran’s benefits, disabled accommodations, and academic advising. Jan has worked as graduate and undergraduate student counselor at the University of San Diego and University of California, Berkeley, where she provided a wide-range of career counseling services to undergraduate and graduate students on job opportunities, resume writing, interviewing, and networking techniques in diverse and multi-cultural settings. Jan is a veteran of the U.S. Air Force and holds a Master’s Degree in Counseling with an emphasis on Career Counseling and Adult Learning.

Scott B. Young
Scott is a vocational rehabilitation counselor. His background in customer service and instructing serves him very well in his current position in providing both career and vocational rehabilitation services to veterans transitioning from the military and to disabled veterans seeking to re-enter the workforce. Scott has worked as a Graduate Assistant at San Diego State University, Support Specialist with Community Options in San Diego where he advocated for persons with disabilities in the work place, Customer Relations Manager with a gaming company, and a Ski Instructor in Tahoe CA. Scott holds a Master’s Degree in Vocational Rehabilitation from San Diego State University. Scott is also a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC).
